Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any request for estimates, scheduling, or services provided by AAA Quality Home Repairs LLC (“AAAQHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit requests through it.

1. Services and Estimates

AAAQHR provides home repair, renovation, and related services. Any estimate we provide is based on information available at the time of inspection or request and may change due to hidden conditions, scope changes, material availability, code requirements, or customer-requested modifications. Unless stated otherwise in writing, estimates are not a guarantee of final price.

2. Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information.

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time.

• Secure pets and remove obstacles that could prevent safe work.

• Obtain any required approvals from landlords, HOAs, or other stakeholders (if applicable).

If we arrive and cannot safely access the property or proceed due to conditions outside our control, a trip fee may apply.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be provided in writing on proposals, invoices, or other documentation. You agree to pay all charges according to the agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by law. We may pause or stop work for nonpayment.

4. Changes to Scope (“Change Orders”)

Any work outside the original agreed scope may require a written change order. Pricing and timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (865) 268-8792 or estimates@aaaqualityhomerepairs.com. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.

6. Warranties and Workmanship

We may provide limited workmanship warranties on certain services as stated in writing. Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Customer-supplied materials or products

• Pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or hidden damage

• Misuse, neglect, or modifications by others

• Acts of nature or events outside our control

7. Site Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, design elements) is owned by or licensed to AAAQHR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping, or interfering with Site functionality.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAAQHR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to AAAQHR for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Blount County, Tennessee, unless otherwise required by law.

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from AAA Quality Home Repairs LLC (“AAAQHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the following terms apply:

• estimate and request confirmations
• scheduling and appointment updates/reminders
• arrival notifications
• customer support related to your request

Message frequency varies based on your request and scheduling needs.

Message and data rates may apply.

d) Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, you will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending messages.
